Q : DOES THE PRODUCT HAVE SIZE ?
A : Most of our products are available in All Size (it fits from size S to L). However for some other products, we might have smaller or larger size. We will notify on the product page if the concerning product is available in varied sizes.
Q : ARE YOUR ITEMS MANUFACTURED BY YOURSELF ?
A : Yes, they are. We manufactured our products exclusively for our brand.
Q : ARE YOUR PRODUCT MANUFACTURED IN INDONESIA ?
A : Yes, we are proudly saying our products are self manufactured in Bali, Indonesia.
Q : ARE YOUR PRODUCTS REALLY HANDMADE ?
A : Yes, our products are the results of art that beautifully made from handmade work. We don’t use machine embroidery.
Q : I READ THAT YOU CAN MADE-TO-ORDER. IS IT TRUE ?

Q : I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER SOLD OUT ITEMS. IS IT POSSIBLE ?
A : You can send email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Our customer service will contact you if you are interested for making pre-order.
Q : DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ?
A : We do, by using paypal account.
Q : DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS ?
A : We do ship overseas and accept paypal payment. Please contact our customer service: email@example.com for shipping fee and details.
Q : WHY ARE MY ORDER CANCELLED ?
A : Maximum payment for an order is 1×24 hrs after order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.
Q : HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER ?
A : After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment, we will process the order the NEXT DAY / in 24 hours. Note that process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company. After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, varies from 1-2 days for domestic and 3-8 days for international deliveries. In short, from confirmation time the order will arrive earliest in 3 days.
Q : HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?
A : You can sign in and view your order history and status in my account.
Q : I HAVEN’T GOT MY ORDER, IT HAS BEEN LATE FOR COUPLE DAYS. WHERE IS MY ORDER ?
A : Kindly email to firstname.lastname@example.org, there might be possibilities of delay caused by the shipping courier, but we will try to help you as much as we can. Note that if your order is sent during public holiday, there may be some delays.
Q : WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF I HAVE COMPLETED THE PAYMENT BUT FORGOT TO CONFIRM OVER THE TIME LIMIT ?

Q : I HAVE RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE IS SOME DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
A : We apologize for our mistake, and please kindly email us to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you instructions to return it to us. All shipping fees will be paid by us (both returns and sending it back).
Q : THE GARMENT I RECEIVED DOES NOT FIT ME WELL (IT IS TOO BIG OR IT IS TOO SMALL). WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
A : We don’t accept the return goods in the case of size matter, because we already put the size specification for each style and every customer should check it prior purchasing the goods.
Q : CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN SALE ITEM(S) ?
A : No you can’t, sale items are not refundable or exchangeable, except if there is any defect in our item.
